      Q: What is the Repeat Treat Subscription?

      A: Repeat treat is a subscription program exclusively available in-store at the Sassy Bee. Each month, from January 2021 - June 2021, subscribers can stop by the Sassy Bee to pick up their monthly treat, for a total of 6 goodies handpicked by our bees! 

      Q: How do I join? 

      A: To join, simply stop by the Sassy Bee during our business hours and ask a sales associate about joining Repeat Treat. Repeat Treat subscriptions are only $29.95 for 6 months! Quantities are limited.

      Q: What should I expect to get?

      A: Each month, we will hand select a special item for our subscribers! Items may range from bath/beauty products, accessories, home decor, seasonal items, and more! 

      Q: How do I receive my item?

      A: For each month, simply stop by the Sassy Bee and let one of our bees know that you are here to pick up your Repeat Treat! We will confirm your name and you'll receive your surprise! Subscribers may come by any day during the month during Sassy Bee's regular business hours. 

      To prevent any mixups, friends and family are NOT eligible to pick up a subscriber's treat - we are only allowing the named subscriber to pick up their treat. The Repeat Treat Program is not eligible for delivery at this time.

      Q: What if I miss a month?

      A: Each treat is only redeemable during each month, no rainchecks or holds – sorry! To receive all 6 treats, the subscriber must be present in the store to redeem their item, once a month. For example - January’s treat MUST be picked up during the month of January. If recipient comes in during February, they are eligible for ONLY February’s treat. 

      Q: Are the items refundable or can I do an exchange?

      A: Repeat Treat items may not be exchanged for monetary value or substitute items, and are not eligible for returns. Repeat Treat Subscriptions must be purchased as a 6-month program and any missed items are not eligible for monetary refund or late redemption. 

      Q: Can the Repeat Treat Subscription be gifted?

      A: A Repeat Treat subscription is the gift that keeps on giving! If you would like to gift your subscription to a friend or family member that is also local and able to pick up their items, we're happy to help! At the time of purchase, be sure to let us know it is a gift, and we will note the recipients full name. Once gifted, ONLY the named recipient/subscriber is eligible to pick up their gift each month. Subscriptions are not eligible for returns or exchanges, so be sure your intended recipient will be able to swing by each month to pick up their treats!

      Q: Can I join Repeat Treat if I am not local?

      A: At this time, our repeat treat subscription is only eligible for in-store pickup and is not yet available for delivery. In the future, Sassy Bee may consider broadening our subscription plan for online sales and delivery. We value our customers, both near and far, so be sure to subscribe to our email list and check us out on social media for any future updates!
