Here at Sassy Bee we have a little bit of everything!  We encourage you to stop in and find yourself a gift when you are in our neighborhood.  Once you have shopped Sassy Bee, we promise…you will find a reason to come back!

We offer the best customer service around…and we are proud of it!  We love our customers and we go that “extra mile” for them.  We are a pretty easy-going bunch, so please do not hesitate to ask, give feedback or suggest something different!  We love thinking “out of the box” in order to solve a problem!

PERSONALIZATION / EMBROIDERY

PERSONALIZATION:

A great way to make a gift more meaningful is to personalize it in some way.  We proudly carry many options for personalization.  Stop by the store and look through stationery options, tennis bags, custom jewelry…even cutting boards and serving trays!   We will gladly help you hand select the perfect gift to personalize!

RUSH service is available!  We ask that you call our store to discuss how we can help expedite your order.

Regretfully, once an order has been personalized in some way, we cannot accept that item back.

EMBROIDERY:

Embroidery can add an extra touch to the perfect gift!  A gorgeous tennis bag is instantly turned into a personal gift that will be treasured when embroidered with an initial!   We will not only accept embroidery orders for our products…but we offer this service on your items from home, as well!

Have you always wanted embroidered Christmas stockings?  Have a bag that needs a little “pick-me-up”?   Does your child have a gorgeous dress that needs her initials?  Please stop into our store and we will help you choose the right embroidery option for you.

Due to the details required when choosing an embroidery option, we need to offer this service as in-store only (no phone orders, please).  However, please do not hesitate to call us with questions!

SHIPPING POLICY

We are pleased to offer a shipping method for our customers who need this service.

Once we confirm your requested item is in stock in our store, it will be wrapped beautifully and packaged for shipping within 48 hours.  Once your requested item is ready to ship, we will choose the best method for delivery.  We will always choose a delivery carrier that can track your package from shop to home.

Holidays may require a bit more time than 48 hours, to get your item wrapped, packaged and shipped.

We currently ship only within the Continental United States.

We apologize, but we cannot offer gift wrap on any item that would need to be ordered directly from our vendor.

$20.01 – $35………………$8.00

   $35.01 – $50…………….…$10.00

  $50.01 – $75……………….$12.00

 $75.01 – $100……………..$14.00

$100.01 – $150……….……$15.00

All orders over $150 qualifies for FREE ground shipping.

Gift Cards are shipped at a $5 flat rate.

These rates are based on each shipping recipient or address.

*We may need to change these prices at any time depending on the size and weight of each item.

ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa and personal checks.

All forms of payments will need to be cleared by the bank before any merchandise is shipped from our store.

IN-STORE EVENTS

Did you know that we will happily offer your charity, organization or school and in-store event?  Through this event service, we can offer a percentage of each sale will go to your cause!  Please call our store to schedule a date and time that will work for you!

GIFT CERTIFICATES

A few details about our gift cards:

Our gift cards do not expire.   Currently, our gift cardss are intended for in-store purchases.*  Gift cards can be ordered (and shipped) by a phone-in request.  Shipping a gift card will accrue a flat $5 shipping cost.

*Gift cards are track-able by code numbers that are printed on the back of each card,  if you have a special request for a phone-in order of merchandise and would like to use your gift card for that purchase, please call our store and we can see what we can work out for you.  This exception is done on a case by case basis only.

DONATION REQUESTS

While we are a small boutique store, we are very proud of our community involvement.  In an effort to track and stay on top of these opportunities, we ask that anyone requesting donations from Sassy Bee, to download the Donation Request Form (link).

GIFT WRAPPING

We love to gift wrap our items!  Any item purchased, either by phone or in our retail location, can be wrapped with our lovely tissue and ribbons…just specify the occasion!

We will also add an enclosure card for an extra $2.50 – occasions include: baby, wedding, birthday, or a general card.

PHONE-IN ORDERS

Can’t get to our store?   Give us a call and let us know how we can help!  If we have your item in stock we are happy to ship your item out of our store within 48 hours.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Have we told you how much we love our customers?   We understand some items are purchased as gifts and sometimes that gift needs to find its way back to us.   Here is what we can do for you….we offer a 14 day return policy with the receipt.   Since Sassy Bee is a small boutique store and our inventory rotates frequently, it is difficult to extend that policy beyond 14 days.

*The only crazy exceptions are:  personalized items and any / all holiday-themed items, items marked “as is” and sale items…we simply cannot take these items back for a refund.   As always, we strive to keep all of our awesome customers as happy as can be….so give us a call and check if there is another solution that might fit your need regarding a return.
